Shipping Policy

How It Works

Shipping is through USPS, it takes between 5- 7 business days. 

 If your package is returned back to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to collect the correct shipping address and re-bill you for the shipping fees. This will cover the cost to reship the package unless it was a packaging error on our part.

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

We do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason including delays in shipping, back orders and or/once received due to the nature of our product. We will take the refund or cancellation if it's an error on our part.

 

Incorrect/Missing item - If you received an incorrect or missing item, please contact us within 5-7 days of delivery to sistardivine@gmail.com to get a replacement sent to you within a week.  A photo of the incorrect item and a picture of the invoice MUST be sent to the email provided.  If the photo or invoice can not be provided, we can not send out the replacement item.
